Sekumpulan remaja yang bermasalah memasuki sebuah hutan puaka. Firhan, Fang Liang, Prem dan Melati mesti menghadapi ketakutan mereka yang rahsia dan terpendam serta melarikan diri daripada cengkaman roh hutan jahat yang ingin memerangkap jiwa mereka di dalam hutan selama-lamanya.
Firhan, Fang Liang, Prem dan Melati are best friends who always hang out at cemeteries. Firhan, who lost his mother due to an accident 10 years ago, is still having bad dreams and visions about that incident. Sometimes, he even gets violent and is emotionally unstable. He believes that his dreams are real and that his mother could still be alive. He asks his friends to join him to investigate the site of the accident, the forest which is also touted to be one of the most haunted places in Southeast Asia. In the forest, the friends encounter an unknown entity who manipulates their thoughts and makes them face their innermost fears. Will they be able to face their fears, overcome them and escape from the evil entity?
